1. It was great when it worked! I loved being able to order for pick up (although the option to order ahead for dine in would be awesome too!) and the rewards were great offers to use.
2. But no rewards for almost 6 months (if not more) and errors whenever trying to order have made it a waste of space on my phone for the time being.
3. Also, if I did care to go through the process of trying to figure out which item is the issue, I don't see an obvious way of modifying the cart contents short of restarting the app and losing the entire order.
4. then if you try to order a spud and add chilli, which it still lists as an option, the app errors and doesn't let you continue.
5. I was able to place an order with zero problems from selecting menu items and payment.
6. If it's ever up and running properly again, we'll see.Spent 10 minutes making the order and tried to checkout.. I get the "oops, one or more items can't be ordered right now.
7. Also, the food selections need descriptions! This is a good looking, but useless app!For the most part, the app is alright the few issues I've run across is that once you choose a car from your choices for curbside, you can't change it to a different one.
8. The same issue is on their website.I use the app mostly for rewards so it's frustrating when I scan a receipt and it wont work.
9. If you order the same thing online, it will go through, and I've had no issues at the restaurant with them actually out.
10. However, I'm not going to penalize on stars this time as the food was immediately ready when I stepped in the restaurant.The app works perfectly about 95% of the time.
11. FRUSTRATING! Especially when I just spent $160 and I'm not able to receive the reward points! This was happening several months ago, but then got better.
I am a rewards member. My family eats at McAlister's often. We had two purchases on 7/1/2/2022 for $18.98 and another for $29.07. I scanned both receipts in my rewards app. It said it was successfully scanned but I never received the points for either purchase. My points at the time (before purchases) was 1050. I went to McAlister's again on 7/22/2022 and asked an employee about the situation. They were not able to help me. However, did make sure my rewards would be added on for that days purchase. I am writing to ensure that my rewards account (502-553-3496 - phone number) is credited for the points I should have received. This was not a small purchase, which is why I feel I should be rewarded what is due. I still have both receipts. The numbers on the receipts below the scan bar are as follows:
443149549427 ($29.07) and 271533211489 ($18.98). I would appreciate a reply.

Both my recent orders from the delivery service on your app were cold & distasteful. I would really appreciate a refund please.
