1. The browser experience does not work on smart phones or tablets without some serious technical know-how.I'm still in the trial period, but this has really impressed me.
2. If you're a business, I'd go elsewhere because, as a customer, I was riddled with 502 and 503 errors when trying to fill out, sign, and confirm a waiver from SmartWaiver that was emailed to me.
3. Not a good customer experience.
