1. So naturally I pressed it 4 more times then it said "you've searched more than 5 times, get pro!” don't botherWhen I said "search for image" I didn't mean "I want to spend and hour looking for the picture I want to look up.

2. When you go to select the image to look up, it brings up every single image on your phone in one giant scrolling list and you have to search for it, and it's not in any order that makes sense.

3. All i get after pressing the "Gallery" button to choose the image that i want to reverse search is blank white screen.

4. I downloaded it on my phone to search an image and it did not work.

5. This is extremely frustrating and I dont understand why such apps are allowed to be on Google play.Terrible!!!! Wanted an app that would search my saved photos of product to identify them.

6. And get this: they load your gallery from oldest to newest, so I had to scroll from the first picture I took on my phone all the way down to my screenshot from 30 seconds ago.

7. I found what I was looking for, but the price and user experience of the app are unbearable.Ridiculous! Disappointment! Cash grab! It immediately tried to get me to spend money.

8. I've never encountered this particular predicament with any phone or any app.I installed this app even after reading the reviews thinking maybe it'll work with my phone though it doesn't with the latest reviews here.

9. Now they have that ridiculous amount (you know... Like we talked about earlier) and that money will end up so tied up in litigation you might have just kept the app on your phone for the icon.

10. Apps like this charge you a ridiculous rate but give you a small window of freedom while using the app for 3 days or so hoping you'll forget about the subscription.

11. And the best part about this app is IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK! You take the picture, it gives you the option to edit it, and yet it shows a white picture on there and when you tap next, it doesn't do anything.

1. Fix Search Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Search: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Search App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Search" » Open Search by Image: Image Search » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Search » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Search by Image: Image Search app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Search servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Search by Image: Image Search " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Search app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Search might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Search. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Search then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Search not working

2. Fix Search Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Search be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Search not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Search may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
