2. Delmarva Power Smart Home is a pilot program to help residential customers in Maryland take control of their vacation home or rental property’s energy use, increase comfort and reduce energy costs.
3. Participants in this program receive a Delmarva Power Smart Home kit packed with easy-to-install smart devices like plugs, LEDs and occupancy sensors.
4. Downloading the Delmarva Power Smart Home app is the first step in getting your smart home up and running.

1. I've even tried deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing worksThe Phillips light bulb rules don't work.They come on at night, I turn them off when I go to bed and they turn on again at first light, why it's day light, makes no sense, so much for saving energy...Easy to use.
2. Stopped working with Google Home..... When I first loaded the app I was able to add the hub to Google Home and access everything from a main screen.
3. PITA!!!When I first received my products and set everything up I loved this.
4. Now it does not work with Google Home and now I have to use the app.
5. But it's been about 2 months now and the app doesnt even open any more.
