1. and a spatial search will give results way outside the area.... I could list more.... You're better off just walking to a house, knocking on the door, and asking if it's for sale... That'll give you more accurate results than this.

2. Also, while it seems to retain search queries, it also asks you constantly to confirm the notification settings for the searches, which is annoying.

3. Also that it would save your refined search filters on the map so you don't have to constantly re-apply them every time you open the app, or when you're simply moving across the map it'll sometimes just remove your filters at-will.

4. The "draw" function would be useful but it always says search area is too big.

5. The distance only goes to 10... 10 what?? If my job is moving me to Dayton do I need to know the name of every town within 60 miles to conduct a search.

6. Doesn't let you search a very large area.

7. The 'houses close to you' function is great when I want to search a neighborhood I'm currently in.

8. Also, it doesn't pick up on homes in the area I'm in (show prop near me feature) when I'm clearly in front of a house that's for sale.

9. Won't let you search more than one area without drawing the area which is difficult to do.

10. Makes me want to go with another realtor just for a better MLS search.

11. Have to use a computer to search properties, and can't save properties on the computer.

1. Fix KW Real Estate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KW Real Estate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KW Real Estate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KW Real Estate" » Open KW Real Estate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KW Real Estate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KW Real Estate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KW Real Estate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KW Real Estate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KW Real Estate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KW Real Estate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KW Real Estate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KW Real Estate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KW Real Estate not working

2. Fix KW Real Estate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KW Real Estate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KW Real Estate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KW Real Estate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
