Thanks hope you add a few more listingCould be so much better Needs to have better "Advanced" search options I want to try to find a 2/3 bed detached or 2/3 penthouse Can't do it, as this app does not have a maximum bedroom or detached property option?!?! Also majority of properties seem to be artist impression or CGI renderings (i.e not actually built) - maybe that's another search option - "upcoming properties"It was a great little app until I can no longer log in.

2. Either that is saying something about the apps location being limited, or the UK have nothing to offer 😂I enjoy looking, but when I leave the app, my place isn't saved, and properties I x'd out, show up, again.

3. You can check out the latest homes posted on this app.Good aggregating of search results but after 6 images they start repeating.

4. Only thing is that they need to add more filters, lot size, time on the market, pool and other amenities.

5. Also the sorting system is very limited, I wish it would allow us to sort it by lot size or bedroom amounts.

7. Only one complaint, properties in the UK are limited to London.

8. They probably give more value to individuals who wear ties, convinced that they will have more financial means to purchase property.

1. Fix LuxuryEstate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LuxuryEstate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LuxuryEstate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LuxuryEstate" » Open LuxuryEstate – Luxury Homes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LuxuryEstate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LuxuryEstate – Luxury Homes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LuxuryEstate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LuxuryEstate – Luxury Homes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LuxuryEstate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LuxuryEstate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LuxuryEstate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LuxuryEstate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LuxuryEstate not working

2. Fix LuxuryEstate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LuxuryEstate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LuxuryEstate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LuxuryEstate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
