Pls allow backup of diary entry as well as attached files in online storage platforms (dropbox, google drive, microsoft onedrive etc.৳) using auto sync facility so that in case the phone is stolen or dysfunctional the data can be reloaded in new phone.Everything is good but...... 1) Kindly add backup option wherein the things could be synced with Google account directly instead of Google drive file.......i actually want to use this same app on two different devices which is not possible yet.....but I hope you guys will bring out the required changes in the next update :) 2) Please add a grid calendar alsoI am using this app for last 5 years.

You can tell that the developer had the user in mind while creating this app Only thing I see a problem with, is that the data must be manually synced instead of it being done periodically I rarely write reviews, but this app was extremely beautiful so I had toIt's an awesome app to keeps memory and notes 🥰 It's very easy to use ☺️I am using this Diary since 2015 very simple and hassle-free.

3. We can recover all old entries written record with the help of google drive email.Great app! Does exactly what I wanted; just write down what's on my mind arranged by date.

4. It has a book feel to it in the sense you 'flip' pages to view older and newer dates, as well as a helpful list view with the click of a very easily accessed button.

1. Fix Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Diary" » Open Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Diary not working

2. Fix Diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
