LiveOne Customer Insights

1. I dont want apps to launch unless I launch them.Every time I disconnect Bluetooth, reconnect Bluetooth, or look at my phone funny... this app starts playing music.

2. And after a couple songs I will have to go in and manually press the play button after a song ends in order to keep playing music.

3. Don't know if maybe a setting is stuck that prefers to play offline content first but I couldn't find where to set that preference.Update - Reducing to one star after the tech support team did minimal troubleshooting and blamed it on my phone.

4. If things don't improve here, I'll be jumping ship.I really enjoy listening to slacker radio, i have about 6 different song selections i like to listen to weather I'm working out, cleaning the house or just hanging out, but i have been having issues with it recently.

5. They basically told me it's my phone's fault (Google pixel) and then refused to respond to me after that.Pretty much a music streaming service like all the others.

6. The music starts playing and by the second or third song it cuts out and shuts off.

7. Sound quality is real good too, even on 'data saver' mode.Glad Landscape is back but now I have to quit the app to go back and select a different station, unless I do that I get a black screen that says nothing is available.

8. App crashes, " network error" while streaming on wi-fi or data plan with full signal... I have been a subscriber for years, but this may be the end if the awful experience is not resolved.

9. I noticed recently that songs will stop playing unless my phone is awake.

10. Thank you.As a couple other people mentioned, I'm having playback problems on my S8 since the update.

11. You know, the simple, stable music streaming service.Loved it.
