Why should I report an Issue with Saver Reposter for instagram?

1. But in past few months I wasn't able to download a single video from any page! I tried more than 20 different pages and videos.. it keeps showing me "save post / report" option instead of giving option of "download video".

2. There is only one small thing that's a little annoying... the ads after every 5th download! Luckily, they only last a few seconds... Since I understand the reason for the ads and because the app itself is so useful, it's a fair compromise that makes the ads tolerable.This app used to be AWESOME! I could download videos from all open profiles on insta.

3. No complaints!( would normally give 5 stars for how easy this app is to use & I've had it for years) but the app no longer works when i go to download videos, it just stays stuck on 0%.

4. But when it works, it works great...minus the ads every 4th use.Great app, saves all types of content from posts (images,video and text in posts).

7. But on install with a new phone (Google Pixel 5), Saver no longer works well.

8. Now, when trying to repost an IG post, the image download hangs and never downloads.

9. I would have been happy to pay for this app if they only had an ad free version.A very good, handy and easy to use app and I use it a LOT.

10. Not anymore! For a while it wouldn't work, either the copied link or it wouldn't show the pictures.

11. But several times a week it will freeze up my phone and crash multiple times in a row and disable my phone from use until the app finally shuts itself down after pushing all my buttons to get I to respond.

1. Fix Saver Reposter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Saver Reposter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Saver Reposter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Saver Reposter" » Open Saver Reposter for instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Saver Reposter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Saver Reposter for instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Saver Reposter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Saver Reposter for instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Saver Reposter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Saver Reposter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Saver Reposter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Saver Reposter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Saver Reposter not working

2. Fix Saver Reposter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Saver Reposter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Saver Reposter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Saver Reposter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
