1. I use an older Sony Z3v, but I've tried it on friend's newer droids and iphones and it does better, but always looses connection eventually.Why advertise the camera as being wifi ready? You know your software is nowhere near where it needs to be at to even advertise the option.

2. I have extreme difficulty getting the phone to connect to the camera, and then once that is taken care of, getting the APP specifically to recognize the connection and let me do anything.

3. Why on earth not just let us connect with a cable and a real computer program?The camera is great! But this app,, when it DOES connect, only runs for 20 seconds or so before stalling out.

4. The camera is good, but the app is highly difficult to make connect, then once it finally does it crashes the moment you attempt to look at an image.

5. Lastly the camera cant be charging while trying to use the app.You wont be able to connect the camera with location disabled on your phone.

6. What's unforgivable is how difficult it is to connect to the camera and how unstable the connection is.

7. Spent 1250$ on a sub par gen 1 device that has a poor built app and poor vid view.Amazing that such a great camera has such a horrible app.

8. Much simpler, but more time consuming.I'm giving 3 stars because the camera is amazing, nearly revolutionary, but the app crashes so fast I don't know if its good or not.

1. Fix SiOnyx Aurora Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SiOnyx Aurora: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SiOnyx Aurora App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SiOnyx Aurora" » Open SiOnyx Aurora » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SiOnyx Aurora » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SiOnyx Aurora app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SiOnyx Aurora servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SiOnyx Aurora" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SiOnyx Aurora app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SiOnyx Aurora might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SiOnyx Aurora. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SiOnyx Aurora then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SiOnyx Aurora not working

2. Fix SiOnyx Aurora Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SiOnyx Aurora be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SiOnyx Aurora not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SiOnyx Aurora may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
