1. 4 stars.Laggy!!! Slow!!! Just bad!!! This app and this system is terrible, DO NOT BUY!!! It looks good on paper, but the system doesn't work very well, cameras never load videos or live view, and if it does load it take a very long time.

Can't wait until I can afford to switch.Really love SimplySafe but two settings / features you need to add is an option under night vision, the ability on the auto setting to be able to adjust the light sensitivity of when it will turn on as I find myself having to manually switch it off during the day as it doesn't turn off automatically despite being plenty of light in the room for the camera to see.

3. The other feature is having the ability to configure how long a camera will record after motion is detected.Year into owning my system and still can't hang functioning cameras.
