Why should I report an Issue with Faithful: Sermons & Prayer?

1. But I cannot complain one second that this app doesn't feed my soul, it is one of the biggest resources I have been using to keep my eyes and focus on God all throughout the day! Beyond grateful for this amazing tool!The app is pretty buggy with the video playback constantly being cut off half way.. Loading can also be quite slow and at times it will hang and you will need to reopen the app.. Not sure if it is because I am accessing it from Asia which is far from their servers..I love this app so much.

2. How can this be fixed?Amazing app because of the content! Not 5 stars only because the app crashes more than usual, and also there just needs to be a little bit of backend coding of when sharing a message from Apple to Android you go to the exact message not the faithful app home page.

3. I pay for a subscription however not for much longer if this issue isn't resolved 🤷🙅 btw yes my phone is up to date! Android 11.Needs an update! I think they may have neglected the app, because I've had the same daily devotionals for months now! Also the prompt pops up for me to watch my devotional, but when I do it says "no token available".

4. The rest is incredible, thank you for creating this app!I'll update the stars when you fix the screen timeout feature.. I hate hafto to tap my screen every so offer because yall don't have the feature to let your phone know your viewing a video, fix this feature and this app would be 10x better..I enjoy a choice.

5. It doesn't seem to be built well for android but the whole concept is exactly what i needed and I'll continue to use it.EDIT: I've returned and removed another star after discovering that not only can you not cast a sermon, but you can't even share a link in FB or Insta stories.

6. I love the curated content dependent on the time you have available, the variety of pastors & the selection by topics.

7. The only thing that annoys me is that you can't watch the devotional videos in full screen.

1. Fix Faithful Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Faithful: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Faithful App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Faithful" » Open Faithful: Sermons & Prayer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Faithful » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Faithful: Sermons & Prayer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Faithful servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Faithful: Sermons & Prayer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Faithful app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Faithful might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Faithful. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Faithful then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Faithful not working

2. Fix Faithful Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Faithful be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Faithful not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Faithful may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
