Nusuk is not responding to otp

My mums account is blocked and I need to contact customer service to fix it but I can’t get through to customer service

I am getting incorrect data error message after entering the otp.

Last year i registered in nusuk app but unfortunately i deleted the app from my mobile and i lost the app now i downloaded the app and trying to log in but i forget my password also and when i try to forget my password the OTP is going to my old Mobil number that number is not with me, so that's why i request to delete my previous account so i will make the new account. Thanks

I cannot open nusuk because last time they register me using their email. I don't have their contact number. They are the one setting my phone line at Saudi. So, can you fix it. This is my email.

Can't approved appointment they can ask your are already appoint buy can't show here on nusuk app visitor.

1. i am getting error 10010016 (when we put the OTP)
2. people who have logged in cannot book an appointment as it says appointment is already booked. but when we go to appointments nothing is showing.

please guide at the earliest as we are leaving for Umrah on the 1st of april

I made my NASUK account on (0537972996) but now My Jawwy no (0537972996) has been blocked.I already change my no on absher and replace with new one (0594871308). But in NASUK my older no is still added and OTP goes on this Mobile no (0537972996). How can I get this OTP and change my mobile no on NASUK.

Every time you finish entering the 4-digit code into the nusuk application, there is an incorrect data notification

I have a problem with signing up in app Nusuk, I filled every field correctly but when I insert 4-digit verification code it tells me "10010016 Incorrect entered data" (but nothing was incorrect)
I wrote my visa and passport numbers, phone number with country code, nationallity, date of birth, email adress and password. Accepted the agreements and other but I still can not register there.. I need this registration to permit Umrah for 4th April when I'll come there with the group of pilgrims from Bosnia.
I hope you can help me with this issue.
