Salam, I am facing problem during login nusuk application
"Incorrect entered data - 10010016" I have got on arrival visit visa at airport.

My account has been suspended. Each time I tried to log in, it told me the data was incorrect or I recieved an error message. I have been trying to obtain a permit for the past 2-3 weeks and remain unsuccessful. I'm currently in Madina and will only be here until the morning of February 24th. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I don't miss out on such an important opportunity.

Just I wanna report a problem with the NUSUK app sign up. The problem is that when I try to sign up with my information everything goes nice till it send me a verification code to my email address and when I write it on the app it doesn’t give anything. So, I couldn’t go further to finalize my registration.

Hi, my parents are going on umrah on wednesday the 15th February. I am trying to use the nusuk app to get them booked for the ziyara but the app keeps giving error message. I'm sorry, the last message was sent without finishing. When I tried to fix my wife's information, it would simply say that the information was already pending, so I could not change it. When met with this, I decided to delete my wife as a companion and try putting all of the information in again, but the pending error still showed. How can I fix this?
