11. Seamless puts your delivery on the map.
1. One is that, once you add a single menu item, you can't add another unless you quit out of the app and start it again—it tells you that "none of the menu items are currently available for this restaurant." Forcibly quitting the app and restarting it fixes it, but this is annoying, since it basically won't let you place an order with more than one item in it.
2. I know you don't want to limit customer options, but having a map view of search results would also be a viable solution.Delivery fees are increasingly buried - they used to be visible from the main menu, then on the restaurant page, and are now only available at checkout.
3. For some restaurants there should be an option as "other" on the electronic menu for possible dishes that are not on the menu but the restaurant prepares.
4. And when scrolling down a long menu, if you check an item out, you end up at the start of the menu and have to scroll down again EACH time.
5. Seamless and Grubhub both are extremely inconsistent when showing which restaurants are available for delivery, even when most of those same restaurants will pop up when you select pickup.
6. However, those who dont represent their dishes accurately, i dont order from them again and may give them a poor review.
7. placing an order to a place where I haven't left a review, should pop a link up on that place's page.
8. The algorithmic sort is the default, and there's no way to save your preference if you would rather see restaurants listed alphabetically or by distance every time you open the app.
9. makes it easy to order what you want.
10. That's more on the restaurant and their menu, I think, but maybe Seamless could try pushing that request.
11. How about an option to check a box if you want and a way to indicate for how many people? There are some genuinely annoying bugs with this app.
