Even better need to reopen local offices with all the tax money state collects from every person working they have to do all this reporting every week online but the goverment cant even get a little app to work right or maybe they keep it like that to keep claims downJust Downloaded for the first time, isn't working... Oddly enough, neither is the Website! I tried to login, it tells me about the system being down from 11PM to 3AM... It's 6:13 PM.

5. It tells you to download app lol I am so frustratedApp let's me log in then scree says "proceed" or "sign out" and that's as far as it goes.

1. Fix NCDES Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NCDES: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NCDES App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NCDES" » Open NCDES » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NCDES » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NCDES app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NCDES servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NCDES" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NCDES app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NCDES might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NCDES. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NCDES then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NCDES not working

2. Fix NCDES Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NCDES be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NCDES not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NCDES may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
