Why should I report an Issue with Scrambler - Cube Timer?

1. please fix it and keep the good workLike broooooo, this app is soo frickin underrated.... there's literally no ads... no extra cliche-ware... and man-o-man, are the animations absolutely just great man.... the only thing i'd say tho.... is the unavailability of more WCA registered cubes and all, ya know, and that is literally like the only thing stopping me from giving me 5 stars.... i'd recommend adding like the, um, i guess, 5x5... or the, um, pyraminx... probably even the megaminx or sth.... you know... great app btw,I mean....I like the app, but for a beginner like me the times are still above 1 minute.

2. anyway , the program doesnt show minutes in both best time and last time , i think cuz u assumed anyone one who would use the app will be under a minute.

3. Even better would be to get settings to make custom colors.great app but there is a problem, i just started cubing so my best time are in 4 min ( i will get faster !).

4. What I'm finding is the scramble is so random it doesnt follow any type of move protocol.

5. It could be improved with more of an explanation of what the averages at the top of the times screen mean, and possibly more options on scramble length.Its ok.

6. Scrambles are good, with the scramble animated onscreen and notated.

7. Edit: after using the app for a while, I've noticed that not every time gets saved.

1. Fix Scrambler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scrambler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scrambler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scrambler" » Open Scrambler - Cube Timer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scrambler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scrambler - Cube Timer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scrambler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scrambler - Cube Timer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scrambler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scrambler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scrambler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scrambler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scrambler not working

2. Fix Scrambler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scrambler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Scrambler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Scrambler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
