- Update the ShemarooMe App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShemarooMe" » Open ShemarooMe: OTT, Shows, LiveTv » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShemarooMe » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ShemarooMe: OTT, Shows, LiveTv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShemarooMe servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShemarooMe: OTT, Shows, LiveTv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ShemarooMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShemarooMe might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall ShemarooMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShemarooMe then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShemarooMe not working
2. Fix ShemarooMe Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShemarooMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding unauthorized deductions from my Digi mobile number, +60168362187. I have noticed that RM3 is being deducted from my account daily, allegedly for a subscription to your service. However, I do not recall subscribing to your platform or consenting to any charges. I have checked my Google Play account, and there is no record of any subscription linked to Shemaroo. As a last resort, I downloaded your app to attempt to cancel the subscription, but even after following the cancellation steps, the deductions continue. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I kindly request the following actions: 1. Immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription. 2. A refund for all the charges deducted from my account. 3. Confirmation from your team that this matter has been resolved. If these steps are not taken promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further through Digi, the relevant authorities, or consumer protection channels.
