What users are saying

1. If the check your ticket tab works, and you can actually scan a ticket (vrs it reverting back to the home page) it takes up to a minVery buggy.

2. Scan to check ticket doesn't work anymore.

3. The option to scan your ticket is unreliable (had a winning $10 ticket that scanned as "$0"), and the latest update won't load.Every update makes the app worse.

4. When the app works, it's great! I love the different random number generators and the convenience of checking my ticket numbers instead of having to go to a store.

5. No matter how many times they update it, it still freezes, hardly ever works, these guys are incompetent which is strange because most of the state agencies here in Florida are great.

6. Very sad because the software engineers get paid 6 figures and the app seems simple and doesn't workAll I want to do is use it to check my tickets and it can barely even do that.

7. So frustrating!! I'd give ZERO stars if I could... 🤬Is it just me, or every time there's an update, anyone with a newer phone has the app, updates, or re-downloads it & it's garbage.

8. What is the use of the app if you have to go to wherever you but your lottery stuff to check results & other things the app is supposed to make easier to do.5/18/23 update: at some point it started working for a day but has since continued to stop loading.

9. If I can get to the scan ticket screen, it will probably fail ("can't verify barcode").

10. Tried to check the promotion today to see if the winners were posted, and the screen never responded, a common issue now.

11. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work, which is frustrating. This app sucks.
