Cancel ShemarooMe Subscription on iPhone & iPad

On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
Click "Subscriptions" and select "ShemarooMe: OTT, Shows, LiveTv".
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
select "ShemarooMe" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
Select "Subscriptions" » tap "ShemarooMe: OTT, Shows, LiveTv" » click "Cancel Subscription".
Your subscription to ShemarooMe will now be canceled.

I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding unauthorized deductions from my Digi mobile number, +60168362187. I have noticed that RM3 is being deducted from my account daily, allegedly for a subscription to your service. However, I do not recall subscribing to your platform or consenting to any charges.

I have checked my Google Play account, and there is no record of any subscription linked to Shemaroo. As a last resort, I downloaded your app to attempt to cancel the subscription, but even after following the cancellation steps, the deductions continue.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I kindly request the following actions:

1. Immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription.
2. A refund for all the charges deducted from my account.
3. Confirmation from your team that this matter has been resolved.

If these steps are not taken promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter further through Digi, the relevant authorities, or consumer protection channels.
