About Provide a Ride

1. This easy to use app lets you access your medical transportation benefits and manage your transportation needs.

Provide a Ride Customer Insights

1. I took extra precautions this time to make sure I double check the address and while I am on the ride the driver takes a different path and I check the app and it had me being dropped off not at my regular drop off.

2. Every time I try to schedule a ride it keeps telling me that the city fields are missing when it comes up when typing the address of my doctors office.

3. Then it wouldn't let me schedule my ride home through the app because I didn't know when I was getting discharged so I couldn't schedule it ahead of time.

4. scheduled and approved, the the address was changed the night before by the app, and ride was now disapproved, with no way to correct it in time.

5. Even that didn't help because when I would call to find out where my ride was they would tell me that the confirmation number wasn't in their system.

6. Calling Provide A Ride to schedule a trip takes too long because of excessive hold times.

7. Your app saved me a lot of time when scheduling rides for appointments! Would like to use it again soon! Thanks. It only works when it wants to.

8. It cannot be that hard to come up with an app that is reliable and works.Every time I open this app, it shows an error message.

9. However, due to the extended wait times when calling to request a ride, this is still easier, which honestly is terrible in itself.

10. If they would just fix the app it'll save the 1½ hour wait on hold to call instead. When this app first started there were a couple of minor problems, but that's to be expected.

11. If this app worked, I might not hate Provide A Ride so much.
