Traversa Ride 360 Customer Insights

1. There was a different app the school Corp used last year, I don't know why they switched, but they were far more reliable.The app shows the wrong pickup time every day.

2. It's a less than 50% chance that the route it shows is the desired day/time's route, and then half the time the bus isn't even shown.

3. In our area, the route makes multiple loops so it's constantly saying "I'm 10/15/10/5 away" because it doesn't take the actual route into consideration.

4. It calculates the dropoff/arrival time based on direct drive time from current location.

5. I had to call the transportation department to verify the correct pickup times, and they did not match the time listed on the app.

6. There is no bus location and the times change while never being remotely close to the expected time.

7. Update 3/15/23 app is no longer working at all!!! I reset it, reinstalled it, cleared all data from it and then reinstalled, same thing.Updated review: They seem to have fixed the issues.

8. I realize we're spoiled to even have such a luxury, so I feel bad for complaining, but for two months, the real time bus locator has not worked.

9. And Now I don't know if my child reached school or not, as the app just stopped updating.When it works, it's great.

10. I am able to track the school bus and the scan updates within a few minutes now, as of Jan 2023.

11. The notifications rto let you know the bus is a couple stops ahead don't work, the link to report an issue within the app is not active, and you can not contact the bus garage or the app developer.

  3. Clear Traversa Ride 360 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Traversa Ride 360 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Traversa Ride 360" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Traversa Ride 360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Traversa Ride 360 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Traversa Ride 360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Traversa Ride 360 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Traversa Ride 360 not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Traversa Ride 360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
