1. I think the "End poverty" goal should come first (before the hunger one) because no poverty means everyone has money to buy food⚠️ I've turned on ads and wallpapers on the lock screen, so I don't have to spend the day watching ads to rack up money, but it doesn't seem to be adding any, unless I do go to the app and tap on an ad to watch it.I am enjoying this app except that I have found a bug with the lock screen that is annoying.

2. I love the idea of this app and would love to be able to earn more money to donate to these causes, please fix these issues!This app was great months and months ago but recently I stopped earning via watching ads.

3. As of about a month ago I stopped getting ads all together (so I have earned nothing) I love the concept and would love to continue, but I would also like to see some of these things fixed Maybe a setting that will override the phones "auto-shutoff" ?This app was amazing a few months ago.

4. Only downside, my phone doesn't seem to stay updated on the videos, and doesn't let me know anything about when I'm plugged in charging, and suppose to be earning.

5. Unfortunately with most phones you can't just keep it up all night as it charges, because the screen will shut off after a certain time so it became a bit discouraging to have to keep monitoring my phone anyway.

6. And when I did get money, there's an error message when I try to donate.Ads don't show up and when I try to watch the few that have a watch button, I get a little pop up that says ads are unavailable.

7. I've noticed many of the ads are for mobile games, (gambling ones at that) that tend to be a bit overwhelming on the screen and the X to finish and exit those ads do not seems as readily available as others.

8. This happens when I click on "watch" and I get "ads unavailable, try again later." I attempted to unistall and reinstall hoping the problem fixes itself but the problem continued.

9. It's been months and I have only 11 cents!I check often but I pretty much watch ads only when they're high scored, like 17-25 cents, which seems less often.

10. I turned on the lock screen wallpapers option to try it out, decided that i didnt like it and turned it back off.

11. Not to mention, the "earn while charging" feature doesn't work.I have no quarms with this app.

1. Restart Samsung Global Goals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Samsung Global Goals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Samsung Global Goals" » Open Samsung Global Goals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Samsung Global Goals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Samsung Global Goals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samsung Global Goals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samsung Global Goals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Samsung Global Goals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsung Global Goals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung Global Goals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samsung Global Goals then reinstall.
