Really bad experience and the rating speaks.I'm attempting to do a YouTube video, featuring your product, and it's accompanying Drone, but, your App seems to NO LONGER WORK with the current version, of Android! I tried iOS, and it has issues, as well! There, you have no Share icons, for your saved media, but, at least the Application will open! Hopefully, you'll fix this, but, for now, I guess it's going on YouTube, to warn any future buyers!I've had this lovely little drone for a couple of years now and it is great but, as per the other reviews, the app no longer works on latest Android software.

You are ripping people off with an unfinished drone.I don't use this app a lot but lately I was doing maintenance of all my Devices including all my drones specially my two Tello hero drone witch I have to use wifi connection.Its been two weeks now that iam trying to connect it.I always got the message that the app stop.I don't know what that means.Iam prostrate about this.Tried to send feedback to this app, no answer.Pkease response.App crashes and no longer works.

3. DO NOT BUY !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️It no longer works in my Samsung s10e done all the updates, it opens and closes straight away! Now I have a useless drone I can't fly! CheersDoesn't work on Android 11.

4. Need an update quick as it is currently a useless piece of plastic!!!I got no experience! The app crashes right at the start!#$$! C'mon be responsible, and, hey Google if the developer doesn't do anything blacklist them for being irresponsible! PLEASE! I'm tired of downloading apps that are useless made by useless developers.

5. The app starts and then immediately closes without displaying any UI.It doesn't work on Android 10 and higher! Please release an update/fix ASAP.

1. Fix Tello Hero Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tello Hero: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tello Hero App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tello Hero" » Open Tello Hero » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tello Hero » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tello Hero app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tello Hero servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tello Hero" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tello Hero app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tello Hero might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tello Hero. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tello Hero then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tello Hero not working

2. Fix Tello Hero Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tello Hero be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tello Hero not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tello Hero may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
