1. Isn't helpful to me.Worst company, they don't take ownership plus when you cancel the policy they renew it without any consent and then Their customer agent says to deduct the cancellation charges.
2. Hi What is customer support number? One cannot call numbers start with 1860..... which needs voice balance instead data balance.
3. Choice is yoursIt doesn't work properly, I tried to update address through it but shows your policy doesn't mapped every time.
4. Then what for r u asking for location? Second the app should provide list paid and Free services available as part of the policy details.
5. With data balance in your mobile, It is really hard to contact royal Sundaram in case of emergency or one need to recharge with voice balance.
6. Now I note that my policy details have not been updated even ten days after renewal.Horrible app.
7. But the customer care numbers insist the caller to have voice account balance.
8. still the payment have not been done and I am not able to get my Renewal Policy quote.
9. There should be an option to select year directly.The app asks for location permission but it doesn't have feature for garage search based on my current gps location.
10. Frustrated with the customer support aswell.. Raised almost 5 requests still it doesn't work.
11. I recommend people to opt the policy from professional and reputed firm who listens the issue and take immediate actions.Useless App.
