1. I have three issues with the Lumi Music application after a couple of days of using it: 1) When learning one of the songs, I want to know which fingers I'm supposed to be using - similar the scales/chords practice.

2. 3) I would like the ability to rewind/fast forward during a lesson so I don't have to completely restart the lesson if I just want to go back ten seconds.Updated review: After a few months of not using Lumi after sharing some negative feedback around the UI and lessons, I was excited to hop back in after seeing they had made a few updates.

3. If it can't be used for what I purchased it for then I'd rather have my fist full of cash back.The notes view and the timing seems to be constantly out of sync, seems like everytime I play a song the perfect timing is different from what I see.

4. I bought a tablet with Android 10 OS that doesn't work.Learning quite a bit, but the app crashes and crashes all the time.

5. Pretty frustrating when I've already lost a month's worth of my annual subscription.This app (when paired with the Lumi Keys) has a lot of potential.

6. Please if you cannot make a working app make it open source, so at least there is an option that works.Still a work in progress for sure, but worth while regardless.

1. Fix LUMI Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LUMI Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LUMI Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LUMI Music" » Open LUMI Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LUMI Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LUMI Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LUMI Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LUMI Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LUMI Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LUMI Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LUMI Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LUMI Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LUMI Music not working

2. Fix LUMI Music Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LUMI Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LUMI Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LUMI Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
