1. Besides that, when you leave any topic the list starts from the beginning, which is very inconvenient as you have to search again the same topic.I can't record my audios on the app! All permissions is activated.. but just shows a message and the audio isn't recorded.Just to add up on my previous comment here, in my part 2 speaking test, the question is *describe the skills that is difficult to learn*, which is exactly the same, it's #43 (part 2) in your IELTS Speaking Assistant.
2. I filed for a refund, however google play declined.The best Speaking Assistant ever! Thanks to this amazing app I got Band 8 for speaking! Part 3 Answers were quite helpful for me while collecting ideas and vocab for the essay writing.

Once again, thank you so much.Do you have website rather than the app It's hard to read and it is not easy to deal with ---------------- Brother the Idea of the app is great but the app itself is not good ( you can't copy or increase th font & we can't use the translator in the app)The app helped pass my ielts speaking exam.

11. However, the downside is that I only purchased a 1-month subscription but I was charged consecutively for 2 months (auto-debit) without any email or consent if I would like extend my subscription.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IELTS Speaking Assistant Issues
1. Fix IELTS Speaking Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart IELTS Speaking Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the IELTS Speaking Assistant App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IELTS Speaking Assistant" » Open IELTS Speaking Assistant » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IELTS Speaking Assistant » click "UPDATE".
- Clear IELTS Speaking Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IELTS Speaking Assistant servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IELTS Speaking Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check IELTS Speaking Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IELTS Speaking Assistant might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall IELTS Speaking Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IELTS Speaking Assistant then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IELTS Speaking Assistant not working
2. Fix IELTS Speaking Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IELTS Speaking Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
