1. How can I use my tickets when I get on the bus!?!? I have like 8 tickets left, now I expected to get an extra paper ticket?! Unbelievable!!Your application does not work on android ((Pixel 3xl), I bought tickets twice, but they did not appear in the wallet.

2. The amount of money charging to Ride should have a working app and not with some many glitches... It says session expired and kicks me from the apphorrible app, supporting a equally horrible bus service.

3. App does not work at all, just stays frozen even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app I can't do anything as soon as I log in it's just frozen, the whole app stays frozen and I can't do a damn thing.

4. I would rate zero stars if I could but I have no choice but to rate it 1 star smh 💢😠App keeps stopping on the Google Pixel Android phone.

5. I risk being stranded for 2 hours every time i rely on this appUpdate sucks! After updating the app I can't get passed the sign in page.

6. The bus schedule is not updated, and it is impossible to determine which train in Tarrytown the bus is scheduled to get you too with out referencing Metro North.It was ok until I updated, now it constantly crashes.

7. I had tickets in my account but the pathetic app was not opening and still bus driver insisted on paying by cash.

8. Tried to contact the costumer service, so no one answered my request.The loading screen is all I get.

9. Not sure if it is due to the new update released as it was working till 10/8/2019.

10. Please improve the mobile app.The interface is simple and easy to use however it is almost never accurate.

1. Fix Hudsonlink Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Hudsonlink Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Hudsonlink Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hudsonlink Go" » Open Hudsonlink GoMobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hudsonlink Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Hudsonlink GoMobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hudsonlink Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hudsonlink GoMobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Hudsonlink Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hudsonlink Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Hudsonlink Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hudsonlink Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hudsonlink Go not working


2. Fix Hudsonlink Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hudsonlink Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hudsonlink Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
