1. But that's a firmware limitation I guess.Thank you! Thanks for making this available to android handsets! There seems to be a problem with video playback - think this might maybe because the WG-M1 records in .mov and the phone doesn't support that? Also, think you have spelt "movie" wrong in the menu (where it shows as "moive") But thanks again for making this available - I can finally use my new action cam!When is this app going to be UPDATED so a person can actually USE the wifi feature? i've got 3 different action cams (all different brands) and this one is by far the best quality and ease of use, but it really sucks that one of it's selling features is useless to me.

6. After realizing I can't leave the connect screen of the wgm1 on connection, everything worked perfectly and intuitively with my Note 3.

7. the odd time that i can get them connected, the vids won't play and pics won't show on the phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WG-M1 LE Issues

1. Fix WG-M1 LE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WG-M1 LE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WG-M1 LE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WG-M1 LE" » Open WG-M1 LE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WG-M1 LE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WG-M1 LE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WG-M1 LE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WG-M1 LE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WG-M1 LE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WG-M1 LE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WG-M1 LE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WG-M1 LE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WG-M1 LE not working


2. Fix WG-M1 LE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WG-M1 LE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WG-M1 LE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WG-M1 LE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
