1. I shouldn't have to contact anyone when the whole purpose of this app is for them to make more money all the while giving us "discounts" and allowing us to collect points, however the bloody points don't update I'm still at 0 and I must have referred 1 friend and spent about nearly £200.

2. Even the Web version won't work, at least I can log in but won't show me 5 benefits I allegedly have to access and the sites has a fit by flashing various colours and images in split second repeated blurs over and over until you close the browser.

3. I find the items I'd like to shop for, try to put them in the cart and keeps telling me "you need to choose options for you item", yet there are no other options.

4. Good idea, extremely poor execution.Won't work, what's the point! The app won't even let me log in, I reinstalled it 4 times and even used the Web links to ensure it was the correct version and still nothing.

5. Fortunately the bar code scanner at the airport was able to read it despite this so with some ingenuity I was able to get it to work despite the issue.

6. Such a shame!After logging in, the QR code you need flashes on the screen for a split second and then stays frozen on a red screen afterwards.

1. Fix Club Avolta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Club Avolta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Club Avolta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Club Avolta" » Open Club Avolta » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Club Avolta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Club Avolta app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Club Avolta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Club Avolta" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Club Avolta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Club Avolta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Club Avolta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Club Avolta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Club Avolta not working

2. Fix Club Avolta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Club Avolta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Club Avolta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Club Avolta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
