I've been trying since monday, I've kept my vouchers on the app, which was a big mistake since I didn't get to use it, Tomorrow is the reservation day for the grand giveaway and I need this fixed before that otherwise I may not get the giftI've always received a notification from this app saying that I'm eligible to receive something as a gift but never was I able to secure/reserve them because the items are always "no longer available".

Is this a joke??Sending a Gift but always Says No longer Available for reservation EversinceVery exciting and fun.city of dreams stands on its name the management and its people are friendly at the same time implements the correct guidelines about covid 19 pandemic...the hotels are not that lucrative but fascinating to use...the gaming area are good to the eyes...the i.s. the technicians in red and the service crew are friendly...indeed this is one place you will enjoy and come back for more...plus i love the live band and the prizes and give aways they cater for their patrons...GOOD JOB!!!!It always great to visit..but i suggest remove non players and those hang out only to avoid crowded and getting the virus specially those non players.

1. Fix Melco Club Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Melco Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Melco Club App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Melco Club" » Open Melco Club » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Melco Club » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Melco Club app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Melco Club servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Melco Club" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Melco Club app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Melco Club might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Melco Club. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Melco Club then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Melco Club not working

2. Fix Melco Club Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Melco Club be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Melco Club not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
