Why should I report an Issue with Light Painting?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of WowStuff to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

ThanksI wouldn't say it's that good as when you move the camera it completely BLURS and looks really creepy and most of the light painting apps do it so it's very annoying when you are trying to get a video of you WITH the light wand or source so basically it's really terrible!The app is undoubtedly very good but the only problem is the focusing..can you please add a feature to focus manually.. thank you.Crashes 2 seconds after I open it, could be something on my side but I've tryed everything from deleating apps to uninstall ING it and installing it again.Can you please stop with the idiotic apps please.

2. And again following on from my review on the last app I am sorry for people who wanted to do Lumos and Expecto Patronum pictures like me.No! Just no! It didn't even have a clear screen as it trailed my body so it looked distorted.

3. Great low res fun - you can watch your light painting form on the screen in real time so it's a cool learning tool for ICM.

5. I wish that the exposure control had more effect though, and it would be good if it could save to at least 6 megapixels.Works well!!💪💪💪 The phone should be set on a tripod to prevent blur.

1. Fix Light Painting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Light Painting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Light Painting App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Light Painting" » Open Light Painting » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Light Painting » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Light Painting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Light Painting servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Light Painting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Light Painting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Light Painting might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Light Painting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Light Painting then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Light Painting not working

2. Fix Light Painting Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Light Painting be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Light Painting not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Light Painting may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
