It's supposed to be easier and cheaper to book online or with the app but I get so frustrated using it, I'd rather pay the extra money and deal with a live person.Needs a lot of work The search criteria only gets you so far and when you finally enter the last filter needed to narrow down your search it stalls every time (no exceptions) The website on a laptop works just fine You are losing so much business by not fixing this app! Also I shouldn't have to enter a date range first to view available units You should just list them It will also streamline bookings Surely you guys know all this but it's still not fixed... why???This app is terrible and always has been.

2. Only links that seem to work is what they want you to look at on the front page.This app doesn't - work you cannot go back after a previous search it just crashes.

3. The sort options include "Resort ID" - who in the world needs to sort by some arbitrary ID? Developers - try using your app for a while and see how much you like it eh? It's obvious they don't care about user experience.Very frustrating.

4. When trying to look at resorts and their location the location icon doesn't work.

5. Numerous error messages! Hire someone that knows what they are doing!App is slow, it's just not practical for vacation planning.

6. They can't seem to figure the app to be user friendly and to work at a reasonably acceptable level of performance.

7. The countdown clock is unnerving and puts undue pressure on the booking experience.Not having much luck using this app.

8. The back arrow takes you out of the list of resorts that come up from your search, so you have to start over.

9. It's slow, goes all back to the main menu sometimes, when in the middle of a search.

10. I'm just going to uninstall it and forget about it.It is the slowest way to search for accommodations.

1. Fix RCI Member App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RCI Member App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RCI Member App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RCI Member App" » Open RCI Member App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RCI Member App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RCI Member App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RCI Member App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RCI Member App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RCI Member App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RCI Member App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RCI Member App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RCI Member App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RCI Member App not working

2. Fix RCI Member App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RCI Member App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RCI Member App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RCI Member App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
