Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hello Chalk Issues
1. Fix Hello Chalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Hello Chalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Hello Chalk App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hello Chalk" » Open Hello Chalk » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hello Chalk » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Hello Chalk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hello Chalk servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hello Chalk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Hello Chalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hello Chalk might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Hello Chalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hello Chalk then reinstall.
