1. this app is incredible, i use it literally everyday, its so convenient to not only know when the bus is going to arrive, in addition to be able to track the actual bus especially in Vancouver where it rains 9 months out of 12 is indespenceable.

1. Fix Transit Vancouver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Transit Vancouver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Transit Vancouver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Transit Vancouver" » Open Transit Vancouver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Transit Vancouver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Transit Vancouver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Transit Vancouver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Transit Vancouver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Transit Vancouver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Transit Vancouver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Transit Vancouver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Transit Vancouver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Transit Vancouver not working
