Why should I report an Issue with WebCode - html, css, js ide?

1. But it is a great way to edit bootstrap, closing code automatically, letting you see small icons with image files before insert, and instant preview of your edits.It works, that's all I asked from the other apps, and those apps didn't work.

3. It would be really nice if you add an option on editor specified as "hide upper menu on landscape mode".

4. Except this bug, this is a awesome code editor! I really like it!! And, one more thing, the upper menu should be hidden in the landscape mode.

5. An option to view the webpage in Desktop mode would come handy.Everything seems just fine except the movement/swipe option on editor.

6. It shows the JavaScript console, highlights syntax and gives great editing experience.

7. Whenever, I want to swipe to right to see the full line of code, it turns out I would have to swipe for 3-4 times to move right, which is really annoying!! Please fix this bug.

11. Oh though: There's also a weird bug wherein on turning it horizontal in darkmode it flips to lightmode and all color formatting disappears.

1. Fix WebCode Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WebCode: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WebCode App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WebCode" » Open WebCode - html, css, js ide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WebCode » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WebCode - html, css, js ide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WebCode servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WebCode - html, css, js ide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WebCode app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WebCode might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WebCode. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WebCode then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WebCode not working

2. Fix WebCode Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WebCode be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WebCode not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WebCode may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
