2. You may also use app as MHT, MHTM and MHTML to PDF converter by using Print option that is also available and choosing Save as PDF option.

1. Last update still failed to correct my issue opening mhtml files I'm still getting ACCESS DENIED- does not detect all mht/mhtml files on device.

11. For those complaining regarding advertisements I think it is the ad in your file (like some chrome downloads) the app has minimum ads (only one bar on the bottom of the screen)and none if you are offline.

1. Fix MHT/MHTML Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MHT/MHTML Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MHT/MHTML Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MHT/MHTML Viewer" » Open MHT/MHTML Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MHT/MHTML Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MHT/MHTML Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MHT/MHTML Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MHT/MHTML Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MHT/MHTML Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MHT/MHTML Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MHT/MHTML Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MHT/MHTML Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MHT/MHTML Viewer not working

2. Fix MHT/MHTML Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MHT/MHTML Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
