1. I would suggest that to enhance learning this unexpected skill you add a category of Intervals questions like, "Identify the 5th above this note" and showing a written note, another time a fret, and another time a sounded note with name.Love this app for drilling on where the staff pitches map to the fretboard.Im just doing first position now, but plan to learn 5th position too.
2. Only thing I wish is that I could shrink the fretboard to just focus on the frets I'm learning, instead of having to see the full fb all the time.I am learning to read music notes for guitar and this app is perfect, the theory is easy to understand and note training is great.
3. I'd like, and would gladly pay for, as an on app upgrade, a few more things: -option to drill specific question types - for instance, drill only sight reading or only note names on specific strings -a version of the game with just sight reading -drill covering the whole fretboardThis is an amazing tool that every guitarist should use to master their knowledge of the fretboard.
4. This lis quite good app once you learn your way round it, However I would like the option of missing out the five second limit which is very frustrating if your just learning this would be ok in an advanced mode, would also like to be able to start or concentrate on different sections on the fret board.
5. Otherwise this app has been instrumental in helping learn the fretboard.Very helpful for focused learning of the fretboard and relating it to both sounded and written notes.
6. I had a problem, that was MY fault, but they kindly assisted me both by email and through the play store, great customer support! Thank you so much!I love this app! It has really been helping me learn the fretboard.
7. I have tried the different game levels still think the five second limit to play would be better if choice o longerAfter trying pretty much every fretboard trainer available, I can clearly say that this one is the best! It's really complete and highly customisable to fit your needs.
8. Very good.I recently got the app, and its not bad, it would be good if for the note trainer you could customize the type of exercise you want to practice, and the note, string and fret you want to practice.Best one of these I've found.
9. Unlike most trainers it can display scientific notation which is invaluble for knowing where a note falls on the staff.
10. One issue 1 have is that there is a delay for how quickly you can select a subsequent note location when the sound is off.
11. It even records you playing notes on the guitar, checking your knowledge.
