1. The notes still work out but it is a bit confusing at first.This trainer will help you find and memorize the location of the same note on each string in four different positions all over the fretboard.Great app.

2. I have large (ish) fingers - I'm a bass player - so sometimes the screen sensitivity puts the note I've tapped a fret above (or below) the correct position but there is no way to erase that error.

3. Some reviewers complain about the accuracy when touching the screen, though if you touch just behind the fret, just as you would on a real fretboard, I find it to be spot on.

1. Fix Bass Trainer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bass Trainer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bass Trainer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bass Trainer" » Open Bass Trainer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bass Trainer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bass Trainer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bass Trainer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bass Trainer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bass Trainer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bass Trainer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bass Trainer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bass Trainer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bass Trainer not working

2. Fix Bass Trainer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bass Trainer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bass Trainer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bass Trainer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
