Why should I report an Issue with Lens Flare?

1. All the other lens flares I've tried in the past are very one dimensional, but this is exactly what I was looking for!:-) nice app lots of choices some of the lens flares you cant use or try without a subscription but the subscription is low and lens flares are high quality and have nice customization options.Brilliant app !!!♥️🌱🍀☘️🙂🤗what you can achieve is astronomical , lighting up area in your own creations is fantastic program for beginners through to advanced individuals!!! And the Backgrounds are high definition!!!!! Brilliant!!!!🤗🙂☘️🍀🌱🌼🌾🌿♥️Just few low quality flares ate available in the free version that also have an big ugly watermark.

2. I just finished placing a combination of @ 6 overlays & effects onto it.. & omg! ITS BEAUTIFUL! I feel like it became a piece of art, that when you look at it, it feels as if I painted the moment we grew from dating into being a couple, head-over-heels crazy in love.. I've never been able to create ANYTHING like this, not even w/my now 2nd fav app.

3. There does not seem to be any settings to fix this way, or a way to report a bug or ask for help.Love that the lens flare option is fully adjustable.

4. Simple, easy 5 stars! Suggestion? An option to add a pic created in the app here as demos!Interface is okay, but there's very limited options, or adjustments for those options.

5. Most of it is them advertising their other apps.I have an picture of me with the greatest love of my life.

6. Give people an actual trial to get a feel for it, or don't bother and say you want their $$$ up front.Does what it says on the tin.

7. Otherwise there are paid for options.Cannot open photos from most of the folders on my phone.

8. It's not worth your time.🚨subscription based photo editing apps should always get an automatic 1 star.

9. To make matters worse they have a stupid watermark when trying it which adds insult to injury.

1. Fix Lens Flare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lens Flare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lens Flare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lens Flare" » Open Lens Flare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lens Flare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lens Flare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lens Flare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lens Flare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lens Flare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lens Flare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lens Flare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lens Flare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lens Flare not working

2. Fix Lens Flare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lens Flare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lens Flare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lens Flare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
