Why should I report an Issue with Winlive Pro Karaoke Mobile 2.0?

This is a great karaoke player... you can even play regular mp3 songs and other media types and mess with tempo and key... only 1 quirk with the app ... if it is the only app you have open on your phone .... you have to close it completely to get out of the app and go to text or email client etc..... Or.... you can pre open your text or email client first... then open winlive pro.. then you can jump out of the app without closing it.

2. I took the SD card and put it into my Samsung Tab A T-510 and the app could see the SD card and also then it was easy to create song list.I have been using backing tracks for close to 15 years and this is, by far, the best Karaoke/Backing Track program for Android I have found to date! Plays videos, as well.

3. As a workaround, I load first the song to another app called Music Speed Changer by Single Minded Productions to see the original key and to note how many full key adjustments I needed to make to suit my key & only then will I load the song to Winlive Pro.

4. For one, it refuses to allow me to use my external HD to load up songs and if I move the songs to the Chromebook, it sees them but greys them out and refuses to play them.

5. As of 26th Nov 2020 ...it just gets better a fade button .brilllllĺ. If you can any chance of a button saying ...are you sure you want to clear F10 .rather that just one press..I have big fingers..This karaoke app is a gem! There's only one thing that's missing.

6. Oh yes, I also uninstalled it and it STILL shows as installed.Best app karaoke on the market..takes a little time to work out how to set play lists....probably need to make that a bit easier ..other than that its brill.

8. Please add a feature to show original key of loaded songs and show key changes as you adjust plus or minus.

9. I moved a cdg file from the SD card to the music folder on my internal drive and it worked.

10. Not stage friendly under pressure I'm just gonna carry on only using it as a back up to stage trax and back trax.I tried it on my Galaxy S20 Note Ultra.

11. But overall, you can sing karaoke through this app which is what i wanted.Tricky to start with but spending 10 minutes on youtube makes all clear.

1. Restart Winlive Pro Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Winlive Pro Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Winlive Pro Karaoke" » Open Winlive Pro Karaoke Mobile 2.0 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Winlive Pro Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Winlive Pro Karaoke Mobile 2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Winlive Pro Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Winlive Pro Karaoke Mobile 2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Winlive Pro Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Winlive Pro Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Winlive Pro Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Winlive Pro Karaoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Winlive Pro Karaoke not working

2. Fix Winlive Pro Karaoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Winlive Pro Karaoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Winlive Pro Karaoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Winlive Pro Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
