1. For some reason the developers didn't include the ability to share from other apps directly to Promo Republic, which makes it annoying to actually accomplish much with the app.First thing to note is it is not a creator for posts.

2. It does a wonderful job at that.This app keeps crashing WTH! I can't post to Instagram because it keeps stopping! Guys what's going on.

3. I use this app to see what my promo republic posts are going to look like on my social media feeds before they post.

4. But atlease content idea is and previously designed on desktop need to be sync to mobile sonwe can post.

5. I called doterra directly and the customer service reps had NO IDEA what i was talking about or even heard of promo republic.

6. It will sit in your pending posts and offer to copy and paste it for you to manually post.

7. The customer service is almost non existent.. it started out great, then nothing.. i literally searched to see if they were still in business.... due to No responses to direct questions or on the FB page... It is rather frustrating.

8. So if you want to post something on Instagram (that has a caption) it just won't post it.

9. Try to check this forum out" (and an outdated link to something found in Google and that doesn't help).Says it's to use on Instagram but in reality it isn't.

10. The uninstall is not done correctly so it keeps my password and username and other buggy functions that makes the app totally useless.

1. Fix PromoRepublic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PromoRepublic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PromoRepublic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PromoRepublic" » Open PromoRepublic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PromoRepublic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PromoRepublic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PromoRepublic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PromoRepublic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PromoRepublic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PromoRepublic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PromoRepublic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PromoRepublic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PromoRepublic not working

2. Fix PromoRepublic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PromoRepublic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PromoRepublic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PromoRepublic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
