Nexus TruID Customer Insights
1. Hi Team, I've installed portwise on 2 devises and I'm unable to log on to server using the otp generated, later aftee uninstalling from 2nd device still otp is outputed as invalid.
2. Help me out.Very worst, i have tried to install the apps many more times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nexus TruID Issues
1. Fix Nexus TruID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Nexus TruID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Nexus TruID App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nexus TruID" » Open Nexus TruID » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nexus TruID » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Nexus TruID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nexus TruID servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nexus TruID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Nexus TruID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nexus TruID might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Nexus TruID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nexus TruID then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nexus TruID not working
2. Fix Nexus TruID Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nexus TruID be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nexus TruID not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nexus TruID may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
