1. Now that my network is configured, I can't even access the app's settings/features as it keeps leading me through the setup again, culminating in a blank white screen at network name promptI've been using WiFi Your Way for a little over a month and love it! I used to have issues getting wifi in my bedrooms and for 1 camera because of the plaster walls/distance.

2. Edit in response to developers: Believe it or not, some people don't want to be forced into calling support just to make basic changes to their router settings.I did like Breezeline alot.

3. Was faced with several blank white screens, which forced me to restart the app multiple times and spam tap the screen in order to select forms before the screen went blank, then fill them out without being able to see what I was typing.

4. It's especially nice with the parental controls to limit my daughter's screen time on certain devices.

5. I have a schedule set that will turn off the wifi on certain devices on school nights! Plus many other nice features.

6. I get notifications at all hours of the night that new devices have connected to the pods, yet what is connecting? And I am unable to stream 2 songs in a row without the connection disappearing.

7. Internet went out so when the guy came he said we should use the pods they gave us and the app to get good signal.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WiFi Your Way Issues

1. Fix WiFi Your Way Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WiFi Your Way: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WiFi Your Way App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WiFi Your Way" » Open WiFi Your Way™ Home » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WiFi Your Way » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WiFi Your Way™ Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WiFi Your Way servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WiFi Your Way™ Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WiFi Your Way app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WiFi Your Way might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WiFi Your Way. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WiFi Your Way then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WiFi Your Way not working


2. Fix WiFi Your Way Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WiFi Your Way be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WiFi Your Way not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WiFi Your Way may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
