Why should I report an Issue with Ploader - Downloader for Pixiv?

1. Holy cow, I can't believe how great this app works, this is amazing! Great work! It would be awesome to see it be able to download in the background in the future, but as of right now it's amazing.Awesome app, It would be better if there is a page option that will be downloaded, because I have internet network disruption so I have to repeat the download several times from the beginning.Utter garbage, can't search anything, what "keyword" do i use to search for images??? Help guides is practically non-existent and unhelpful, theres a download button but how do you even search for an image without a search button in the first place??? Unless they tell me how, im not changing my review.

There's other various issues, such as the app hanging while downloading, when you turn the phone sideways it cancels the download, "tabbing out" of the app and tabbing back in to check progress can cancel the download; it needs refinement but it's v useful!Great app, used to use it all the time.

3. Fix this.A great app for downloading Ugoria works from pixiv and massive batches of photos, however when you start downloading photos, the app doesn't know when to stop, often creating blank files (0kb) once storage on the device completely runs out.

4. I'm not sure what that means, and I tried checking my files, the pics that downloaded until I pressed stop aren't there.Aside from one minor issues (rotating your phone will cause an add to start while you are mid download.

5. Also, no way to log in to the app without downloading an executable file to your pc first? It should really be something you can download on your phone, or better yet, a base function in the app.This is the only app that works as a bulk downloader for Pixiv on Android.

7. The download starts like usual and counts them in the app, you can see the images getting downloaded.

1. Fix Ploader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ploader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ploader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ploader" » Open Ploader - Downloader for Pixiv » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ploader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ploader - Downloader for Pixiv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ploader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ploader - Downloader for Pixiv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ploader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ploader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ploader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ploader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ploader not working

2. Fix Ploader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ploader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ploader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ploader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
