1. The cloud does all the recording, and I've never had a problem with the quality.I have no idea why this app is only rated 3.9, it is a Godsend! The credits are really cheap and the recordings are a wonderful experience! Very intuitive to use! The channels need to be updated a little and I'd like to see a few more added, but I'll stay a long-term customer the way it is now!This app is wonderful and obviously under continuous development as you can see from the recent addition of Discovery+ to the channels.
2. Has been going on for several weeks and support hasn't been much help, they keep wanting me to do things on the PC which has nothing to do with the problem, it is the Android app that quit working, the PC works fine.
3. I have been trying to find a way to download my Amazon movies and finally there is a way I can get them, with great quality, and still use my phone to do other things while waiting.
4. I travel a bit, and before I leave, I record and download movies or shows I want to see, and watch them on my tablet on the plane or where wifi is sketchy.
5. EDIT: The app worked fine for a few weeks (except it could not download videos to the Kindle Fire SD card) but now I paid for more credits that still have not been delivered after 4 days.
6. If you can catch a good credits sale, you can get them for as low as ten cents per, and ten cents for the ability to stream and keep a film or TV show is great in my book.
7. Until this is fixed I can't give a 5 star review.For those that want to stream, but have the type of internet that doesn't really support it, whether due to speed or data limits, such as traditional satellite internet, this is a must have.
8. But when it works I can download, legally, things to watch while on my boat for months at a time.
9. I don't have a monthly plan, as I just make sure to download the item within the seven day time limit, but I'm sure the plans would be worth it for those who they would be an advantage to.
10. A recording got "stuck" but I couldn't access the queue with the glitchey app and thus couldn't record anything else.
11. Anything I record, I can cast it to Roku to watch on the big screen easily.
