1. It's an OK app overall, but Clutch seems to work more often for me viewing my clips than this does, hands down.Been using this app for a few months now to download clips and make videos with them and it makes things so much easier.

2. Instead of going into the xbox app and downloading clips one by one without being able to download in the background, you can download tons of clips at once while watching youtube or doing something else and I'm pretty sure the clips download faster too but I'm not 100% on that.

3. Ads while scrolling to find a clip, ads (that cant be closed or dismissed) popping up in the middle of my phone screen while watching the clips....also so big that it hinders my ability to watch the clip i wanted to watch? No thank you.

4. And as the xbox app like few other apps has recently been removed and is not compatible with my device I can still watch my clips, hoorah.!This is a good app when it works, which is almost never.

5. If you use xbox clips to make videos I definitely recommend thisAds while scrolling to find a clip, not that bad.

6. Please eliminate the ad that pops up while we're trying to watch the clips we want to watch.glitchy moving up and down the videos, it will scroll and "run away" by itself.

7. but other than that this app was great!Can't complain for a free app that let's you download your videos quicker than using onedrive way.

8. I press download on one of my game clips, let it download, and it gets about halfway when it just stops.

9. Either the clips wont load (with perfect wifi even) or sometimes they just dont show up until the next day, even if they were already uploaded to xbox.

1. Fix DVR Hub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DVR Hub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DVR Hub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DVR Hub" » Open DVR Hub for Xbox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DVR Hub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DVR Hub for Xbox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DVR Hub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DVR Hub for Xbox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DVR Hub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DVR Hub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DVR Hub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DVR Hub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DVR Hub not working

2. Fix DVR Hub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DVR Hub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DVR Hub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DVR Hub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
