1. Every pilot/flying J has a large portion of their parking dedicated to reserved parking, and yet they make it next to impossible to actually ever reserve a space.What was once the best app in the industry has quickly become the worst app in the industry with a single update.

2. I dont think I should have to use a map to find a store to reserve a parking or shower.

3. Not to mention the last 2 chicken sandwiches I've brought from pilots seem like they were made a year ago and reheated in a microwave after being dipped in a bucket of water.

4. I've reinstalled the app and done everything short of a factory reset on my phone and the app simply won't behave.The app is good when it works.

5. Time for a class action law suit to remedy!This app still does not work.

6. All I need is a way to reserve a parking spot, and this app cannot do that.

7. I noticed that an update was available the last time.

8. Before I was able to start the pumps within the app about 98% of the time with no problem.

1. Fix Pilot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pilot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pilot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pilot" » Open Pilot: myRewards+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pilot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pilot: myRewards+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pilot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pilot: myRewards+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pilot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pilot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pilot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pilot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pilot not working

2. Fix Pilot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pilot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pilot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pilot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
