1. Thanks, if your training videos answered my questions and resolved the continuous spinning and force closing, I wouldn't have emailed support in the first place! Not looking forward to using this app this year, nor looking forward to teaching my kids 60-something year old grandparents how to use it.Very unreliable.

2. Will update if issues are fixed.This is a wonderful service!!! This busy grandmother appreciates being able to pick up my granddaughter so quickly! It was really a hassle to get out with her little brother and go into the building, sign her out, then put both children back in the car ... in car seats.

3. Hasn't worked right yet.Customer service is INCREDIBLE! Leo was so fast and helped me clearly and concisely! A great app to trust our most important people to :)I have no problems at one school but the other makes you download the app but you can't use it I'm a lil confusedOne star is definitely too many.

4. It only says your child has been released or not and to which form of travel(car,walk)not to whom they were released or who even announced themselves to pick them up.

7. If the kids happen to show up in the app when I designate them, then they are gone by the time they get to the school.

1. Fix Pikmykid Parent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pikmykid Parent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pikmykid Parent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pikmykid Parent" » Open Pikmykid Parent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pikmykid Parent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pikmykid Parent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pikmykid Parent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pikmykid Parent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pikmykid Parent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pikmykid Parent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pikmykid Parent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pikmykid Parent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pikmykid Parent not working

2. Fix Pikmykid Parent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pikmykid Parent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pikmykid Parent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
