Why should I report an Issue with Overam -Geometry & Photography?

Works very well!Difficult to use.disappointing. had potential.how could i live without Overam ?This app is actually crazy handy! it's so helpful in making the best looking photos , thank you so much! The only thing I'd want it to work on is more freedom with what you can do with it, being able to stretch and pull the shape, or choosing which areas to apply a blur to, or being able to use multiple blurs in a photo! if you add these features it's a sure 5 star 😁😁😁Nice idea, lacking finesse.

2. 3) Cannot zoom in or out and the image barely fills the screen area that's devoted to it - why? On the bright side the effects and blurs are looking alright and the export resolution seems quite good as well.

3. What? 2) The white dots on the scrollbars are barely visible and no values are displayed anywhere - good luck with getting the same stroke width, for example, among several images.

4. 1) You give us all these nice, precise shapes and then there's no way to position or scale them precisely - drag by hand and it's not going to stay centered, for example.

5. Only reason for 4 stars is because it does not show that your image is saved, so I had to go back to be sureReally good app and little to no adsApp is amazing .

6. I needed a conicle/cone shaped picture, and no others I tried had it....only triangles.

7. Finally found the right app for making shapes out of pictures.

8. Scale with the scrollbar and it scales not from center, but from a corner.

9. So to sum it up it feels like it could be so much better with some interface work and some extra options.

1. Fix Overam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Overam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Overam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Overam" » Open Overam -Geometry & Photography » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Overam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Overam -Geometry & Photography app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Overam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Overam -Geometry & Photography" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Overam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Overam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Overam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Overam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Overam not working

2. Fix Overam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Overam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Overam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Overam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
